Unbothered isn’t a
personality. It’s a practice.

Unhook your self-worth from performance and lead with clarity, boundaries, and self-trust—without burning out or losing yourself.

A six-week, live cohort for high-achieving women who are done performing for their worth.

Why the Hummingbird?

hummingbird-gold_edited.png

The hummingbird is small, powerful, and precise. It can hover without effort. Move forward without force. Pause without losing momentum.

It doesn’t hustle. It doesn’t over-extend. It knows exactly when to move and when to rest.

Reclaiming your confidence is about building that kind of internal steadiness. Not louder confidence. Not harder effort. But grounded presence that doesn’t require proving.

You’ve done everything right. So why does it still feel heavy?

You’re capable, respected, and accomplished.

But beneath the success is exhaustion. A constant pressure to deliver. A quiet sense that your worth rises and falls with performance, praise, or outcomes.

Rest feels earned. Boundaries feel selfish. Mistakes feel personal.

This isn’t because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because you’ve been carrying too much internally.

This isn’t a confidence problem. It’s a worth attachment.

Most professional development focuses on doing more. This work focuses on becoming steadier.

Real confidence isn’t louder or more polished. It’s the ability to recover from mistakes without spiraling, set boundaries without guilt, and lead without over-functioning.

When self-worth is internal, leadership stops feeling like a performance.

Hi, I’m Dionne.

I help high-achieving women unhook their self-worth from performance so they can lead with clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.

I didn’t learn this in theory. I lived it.

I’ve worked in high-performance environments, supported leaders through complex change, and coached women who looked confident on the outside while quietly doubting themselves inside.

I know what it’s like to overperform for approval, to shrink when you’re already exhausted, and to confuse achievement with worth. I also know how to stop doing that—and teach others to do the same.

My work blends emotional intelligence, self awareness, identity work, and boundary-setting into a grounded, human process that actually sticks.

Like the hummingbird, you don’t need to work harder to stay aloft.

You need steadiness, intention, and a place to land.

If something here resonated, the next step is simply a conversation.
