Hummingbirds have always felt like the perfect symbol for my work. Native to my home country of Trinidad and Tobago, they can fly backward and perform feats that seem impossible for something so small. To me, they represent resilience, adaptability, and the confidence to move through life with purpose.
That philosophy has shaped my career.
For more than 20 years, I've partnered with Fortune 500 organizations and leaders to create employee communications that build trust, inspire connection, and make complex messages easy to understand. By combining strategic storytelling with thoughtful design, I help organizations communicate in ways that people actually remember and act on.
I'm also a Certified Resume Writer and confidence coach. I help individuals turn their experience into a clear, confident narrative—and I help high-achieving women unhook their self-worth from performance so they can lead with greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and deeper self-trust.
I didn't learn this work from a textbook. I lived it. I know what it's like to overperform for approval, shrink yourself to keep the peace, and mistake achievement for worth. Reclaimed Confidence™ was born from that experience—and from years of helping others recognize they don't have to earn the right to take up space.
Throughout my corporate career, I've worked with organizations including Meta, Johnson & Johnson, Rolls-Royce, and T. Rowe Price, translating complex HR and business initiatives into clear, human communication.
Whether I'm advising an executive, coaching a professional through a career transition, or facilitating a workshop, my goal is the same: to help people communicate with confidence because they trust themselves first.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me indulging my true passion: French fries. Hand-cut, lightly salted fries are my love language, and I’m an unapologetic purist — no ketchup, no nonsense. I’m still waiting on the day science officially declares fries an excellent source of protein, and I remain optimistic.
